Staniforth enters her 15th full season as a coach with the Brock Badgers women’s hockey program.

She attended McMaster where she was a member of the varsity hockey team for three years as an OUAA all-star team goalie. She has also coached at many different levels of hockey and continues to play the game on her own time.

Originally from Oakville, Sandy has been a resident of the Niagara Region for 17 years. She has been working for the Niagara Regional Police in St. Catharines for 17 years.
