Badgers Swim Team Compete at Whistle Grand Prix

The Brock Badgers Swim Team competed at the Whistle Grand Prix this weekend at McMaster University. After a hard week of training the badgers were able to put forth a gallant effort with solid performances in the pool.

The swimmers finished hard with a few top three performances:
Baylee Colquhoun finished 1st in the 800m Freestyle with a best time. Ilana Romanow finished 3rd in the 200m Backstroke and 2nd in the 50m Butterfly while Victoria Culp placed 3rd in the 100m Freestyle.

Both the Women’s 4 x 50m Medley Relay team consisting of Cora Michener, Jess Plata, Katie So and Vanessa Wappel and the 4 x 200m Free Relay team with Cora Michener, Katie So, Holly Hopkins and Victoria Culp finished 2nd.

The Badgers will not compete again until the New Year and we wish them the best of luck during Christmas training camp.
