2008-09: During his sophomore season Pattison appeared in 25 of 28 regular season games… recorded a career high three points including two goals and one assist… scored his first career Canadian Interuniversity Sport goal against the University of Toronto on October 11, 2008... was named a CIS Academic All-Canadian

2007-08: As a rookie, Pattison appeared in 17 regular season contests... recorded his first career Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) goal versus the UOIT Ridgebacks (1/25/08).

Junior: Pattison spent three seasons playing for the Alberni Valley Bulldogs in the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL)… he contributed 37 points during his play for the Bulldogs.
