Giroux enters his 4th season as the hitting instructor with the Badgers.

He returns to Badgers coaching staff after taking a couple seasons off. Earlier in the decade he was with the program for three seasons mainly as its hitting coach. 

Prior to working with the Badgers he helped former hitting coach Scott Bullett, at his Bullettproof Baseball Clinics in Welland.

Giroux also served as a hitting instructor for the Niagara Rebels. He also worked with the Atlanta Braves of the major leagues as an associate coach.

He currently resides in Welland along with his wife Cheryl, and their two children Blake and Jarrett.
