2009-10: Last season as a freshman Peragine was forced to battle a shoulder injury that limited him to designated hitter duties... despite the injury, Peragine became the top DH in the conference batting .423 going 22-for-52... drove in eight runs while scoring 11 times... recorded his first career hit versus Waterloo on September 5, 2009, his top single game performance was against Western where he went 3-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored.... was chosen an OUA conference All-Star as well as recognition as the Badgers Top Hitter.
